Emirates to begin operations of A380 flights to London, New York

Starting from October 1 of the current year, the Dubai-based international airline will operate these aircraft from Dubai to New York, to London Heathrow from December 1 and to Sydney and Auckland beginning February 1, 2009, he said.
Each aircraft on these routes will have 489 seats, 14 of which being in first class, 76 in business and 399 in economy.
It was concluded by the president that the Emirates is the primary customer for the A380s with 58 on order and will take delivery of five of the double-decker aircraft later this year.
